Q2: How does the system handle stubborn bottle labels and leftover adhesives?

A: Our system features a highly automated label-removing machine that strips off outer film wrappers before the crushing process. Afterward, the crushed flakes go into our high-speed friction washers and hot-washing tanks. This combination completely dissolves stubborn glues, chemical residues, and adhesives, delivering highly pure plastic flakes.

Q3: What is the final moisture level of the processed HDPE flakes?

A: The line is equipped with a high-speed vertical dewatering machine and an advanced hot-air thermal drying system. By working together, they effectively extract water from the plastic. The final moisture content of the clean output flakes is strictly controlled within 2%, making them perfectly ready for direct re-granulation or pelletizing.

Q4: Will contaminants like metal caps or foil seals damage the plastic crusher blades?

A: To protect your core equipment, we can install multi-stage magnetic separators and automatic sink-float tanks early in the production sequence. These auxiliary units pull out metals, foil seals, and heavy debris before the material enters the heavy-duty granulator, significantly extending the lifespan of your cutting blades.
