Q4: Agricultural films and jumbo bags are often heavily contaminated with sand and grit. How do you handle rapid blade wear?

A: To withstand harsh recycling conditions, SOYU provides two structural enhancements:

Premium Material & Titanium Coating: The cutting blades are crafted from premium CrMoV (Chromium-Molybdenum-Vanadium) high-strength tool steel, enhanced with a specialized Titanium Coating. This significantly upgrades abrasion resistance and impact tolerance compared to bare steel blades, shielding them from gritty sand.
4-Way Indexable Design: Each rotary blade features four symmetrical cutting corners. When one edge wears down, simply loosen the bolt and rotate the square knife \(90^{\circ }\) to expose a brand-new edge. Each blade can be reused four times, drastically cutting down consumable replacement costs.

Q5: Will the plastic dust or dirty washing water generated during fine shredding damage the gearbox and bearings?

A: Absolutely not. SOYU implements an outward-offset bearing seat design. The heavy-duty bearing housings are mounted entirely outside the shredding chamber and equipped with dedicated discharge slots. Whether you are processing bone-dry film powder with static electricity or wet materials drenched from washing lines, impurities cannot migrate past the seals into the bearings or gearbox, securing stable 24/7 heavy-duty operations.
